Stephanie Kurtzuba l Vice-President of Development (New York, NY)

A New York City-based actress, writer and producer. She has performed on television, on screen and on the Broadway stage. Stephanie has worked with some of the most renowned directors in the entertainment industry including Martin Scorsese, Stephen Daldry, and Sam Mendes.


Her performance in Sony Picture's 2014 remake of the musical Annie garnered her critical acclaim for playing the role of Mrs. Kovacevik. Stephanie also touched the hearts of audiences worldwide in the role of Kimmy Belzer in the Oscar nominated film The Wolf of Wall Street starring Leonardo DiCaprio. On television, she appears as Olivia Sukonic on CBS's Emmy award-winning primetime series The Good Wife. Other television appearances include the role of Sabrina on HBO's The Leftovers, as well as guest star spots on Law and Order SVU, Elementary, and Numbers.


On Broadway, Stephanie has appeared in the original casts of The Boy From Oz starring Hugh Jackman, Disney's Mary Poppins, and the 2009 Tony Award-winning Best Musical, Billy Elliot.


Mark Bishoff l Chief Financial Officer

With over 40 years experience in the insurance industry, Mark knows first hand the importance of risk assessment, balancing budgets and protecting assets.


Currently Mark is President of Midwest Insurance Agency Alliance and Executive Vice President of All American Insurance. As President of MIAA, Mark oversees an operation within seven Midwest states of 185 agency members and growing. MIAA is a Master Agency with SIAA, the largest national independent insurance agency alliance in the country.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Mark holds designations that include Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Claims, Certified Insurance Counselor, and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance



Mark has served on the Board of Directors for Farmers Union Co-Operative Insurance Company, V. J. Angela Skutt Catholic High School, Litchfield Mutual Insurance Company, Sanation and Pacific Hollow Homeowners Association. He has also been a committee member of multiple business and civic organizations and donates time to various charities.


Erich Hover l Vice-President of Development (Los Angeles, CA)

A Nebraska Native. An Actor and Producer. Erich’s first movie break came acting alongside Brad Bitt & Philip Seymour Hoffman in “Moneyball.”


Hover has spent the last ten years acting in various films, networking with the producers, directors and actors and has a keen eye on what it takes to create a successful movie. Most importantly, Erich’s passion towards philanthropic filmmaking can provide innovative options for film investors and donors, as well as create unique approaches for completing projects.


Erich recently raised the financing for and produced, the feature film”It Snows all the Time”, A true story about his family and his father’s battle with early onset dementia. The film is set for release next year.

Shawn Ilg l Vice-president & General Counsel

Shawn brings over 25 years of professional experience to the group. His areas of expertise include finance, law, real estate, human resources, insurance, corporate management, technology, and entertainment. On the entertainment side, Ilg has served as production counsel and chief financial officer on numerous projects and has negotiated many book, media, and television deals over time.


Ilg earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska, his M.B.A. from Drake University, and his law degree from Creighton University. Shawn started his career with Norwest Bank in Minneapolis, he was a partner in the law firm of Downing Alexander Wood & Ilg, and he co-founded CoSentry, an IT and disaster recovery firm with multiple facilities in the Midwest.

He has always been active in the community, and most of his time has been spent with Nebraska Leadership Seminar, a non-profit group that conducts leadership and business programs for high school students.

Management Team

Chad Bishoff  I  Chief Executive Officer

Since 2002, Chad Bishoff has cultivated a broad spectrum of experience in exploring the genres of TV, film, documentary, music video, and television programs. Recent projects have included a pilot for a TV reality show about a travel industry expert who escorts novice international travelers on backpacking expeditions outside of the United States. A tourism documentary he produced about two Perus – the South American nation and the town of Peru, Nebraska which went globally viral almost instantaneously, achieving just under a half million hits in 72 hours.


Bishoff has produced 2 feature films, a feature-length comedy titled Vino Veritas with cast and crew members coming from such shows as HBO’s True Blood and the classic TV series Law and Order and the feel-good drama It Snows All the Time with cast coming from hit shows as Netflix’s Orange is the New Black, Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Night Rises and Disney’s Melissa and Joey.


Bishoff has overseen hundreds of commercial campaigns during his career as a Producer and Unit Production Manager. He was also instrumental in the creation of retail store Pets Earth, an all natural pet food store with seven groomers, three self- serve wash bays and an in-house baker.



Teresa Seina  I  President

Teresa Seina has spent the past 20 years involved in the film industry and the past 4 in Real Estate Investment. With a richly diverse background in business, accompanied by a complete understanding of the entertainment industry, she’s been able to learn the connectedness of every department’s role in making a project successful.


Seina’s been both creatively and structurally influential on many projects over the last 20 years and has worked on projects featuring Jack Nicholson, Sean Penn, George Clooney, Kathy Bates, Taryn Manning, Lady Gaga, Lesley Ann Warren, Brett Cullen and more.

In addition to her successful work in the States, Seina continues her work internationally, having been a Field Producer in New Zealand and currently as an Executive Producer of Film Investments with Lion Legend Entertainment Investments in Beijing, China.
